We offer affordable, effective, spirit-led counseling from a faith-based or a traditional counseling approach as you prefer. Our counselors and staff, all committed Christians, offer caring counseling in a safe environment for the healing and strengthening of people and relationships. We serve Jesus Christ, who heals the broken-hearted and sets the captives free.

Scheduling Your Appointment:

Please contact either Lee or Kelsey in our office at (425) 939-1490 to schedule your appointment for either our Kenmore, Bellevue, Monroe or Bothell locations. If your call is unanswered, this means that they are on another line or unavailable at the moment. Please leave a message and you will receive a return call from them as soon as possible. When you call to schedule an appointment, Lee or Kelsey will ask you for the following information:

• Your first and last name

• The best phone number to reach you at

• Your email address

• Which therapist you would prefer (Lee or Kelsey can also help to find the right therapist for you)

• Which office location works best for you

We would like to invite you to look through our staff pages. Each therapist has their own page which contains their description and what they specialize in.

Insurance & Coverage Information:

Cedar Park Counseling Network works with many different insurance companies, however we are not currently set up to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Before making your appointment, we recommend that you call the number listed on the back of your insurance card to find out your plan’s benefits and coverage.

Some important questions to ask would be:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

•  What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per session?

• Does my plan offer Provider and/or Nonprovider coverage?



Payment Options:

We do submit all claims to your primary insurance company, but we cannot gaurantee your coverage. We accept cash, checks (made out to CPCN) and debit/credit cards (with the exception of American Express). If money is an issue, feel free to inquire about applying for our Sliding Scale.

Your First Session:

Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you will be emailed the registration paperwork to fill out and bring completed to your first appointment (If you do not have email, we can work with you to make other arrangements). If you plan on using insurance, please bring your insurance card with you. We ask that you are prepared to cover the first session in addition to our $30.00 intake fee (this is a one time fee, only charged on your first visit). Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment with your paperwork completed; otherwise allow 30-40 minutes to complete the paperwork in our office.

Cancellation Policies:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, Cedar Park Counseling Network requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation by calling our staff directly at our office: (425) 939-1490. If you call outside of our office hours, please leave a message with your name and appointment time.
