Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you will be emailed the registration paperwork to fill out and bring completed to your first appointment (If you do not have email, we can work with you to make other arrangements).
If you plan on using insurance, please bring your insurance card with you. We ask that you are prepared to cover the first session in addition to our $30.00 intake fee (this is a one time fee, only charged on your first visit).
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your appointment with your paperwork completed; otherwise allow 30-40 minutes to complete the paperwork in our office.
Cedar Park Counseling Network works with many different insurance companies, however we are not currently set up to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Before making your appointment, we recommend that you call the number listed on the back of your insurance card to find out your plan’s benefits and coverage.
Below are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Does my plan offer Provider and/or Nonprovider coverage?
Payment Options: We do submit all claims to your primary insurance company, but we cannot guarantee your coverage. We accept cash, checks (made out to CPCN) and debit/credit cards (with the exception of American Express). If money is an issue, feel free to inquire about applying for our Sliding Scale.
Cancellation Policies: If you are unable to keep your appointment, Cedar Park Counseling Network requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation by calling our staff directly at our office: (425) 939-1490. If you call outside of our office hours, please leave a message with your name and appointment time.
