Family Wellness Parenting Classes

When families learn together unity is strengthened. This program will provide a road map to healthy behavior in a family through role playing and basic coaching. Participants learn communication skills, positive steps in resolving conflict and solving problems, how to encourage one another, and how to build on strengths in the family. Parents learn steps in effective discipline, how to develop rules that are positive and specific, actions that keep them in charge, and ways to encourage and support their children.
