Phil Templeton

Dr. Templeton is an ordained Christian minister and a state-licensed therapist who provides Christian counseling and traditional counseling by appointment at Cedar Park Counseling Network’s locations in Kenmore and Bellevue.

As Clinical Director, he trains and supervises CPCN’s excellent team of Christian professional therapists. He is a veteran of more than 25 years in the mental health profession who has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, Christian counseling centers, and churches.

Dr. Templeton teaches Bible and people-helping classes and meets with pastors and leaders of local organizations for fellowship and to help with practical solutions for “people problems.” He is actively involved with the Puget-Sound-based Christian Network Forum for Sexual Health which informs therapists, pastors, and others about healthy sexuality and has served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Seattle-area office of p.u.r.e.HOPE– formerly the National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families (“providing Christian solutions in a sexualized culture”) He has taught classes at Northwest University’s and Puget Sound Christian College’s undergraduate programs and at Cedar Park Church’s Center for Ministry Preparation.
